Three facility upgrades including of pressue reduction stations (PRS) to increase gas transportation by 25%.
BULLA PARK (NSW)
Installation of two PRS skids, DN550 – DN300 piping installation, PRA/shutdown piping tie-ins, live line excavation, construction of facility pad. All mechanical scope, structural scope (concrete support footings), dry vacuum excavation. Electrical scope included earthing cable (MEG) runs / conduit runs. Design optimisation at 80%. Project completed ahead of schedule ~ 3 days. Several unidentified buried services. Very remote site.
MOOMBA (SA)
Installation of an additional meter run and flow control run DN300/DN400 piping. All mechanical and electrical scope.
BINERAH DOWNS (NSW)
Installation of an additional parallel pressure reduction control line around the existing class break skid. DN350 piping, 2 off hot tap tie-ins, live line excavations and civil works, All electrical, mechanical and fabrication scope. Remote worksite, Project delivered within schedule.

COOPER BASIN:
Operating since 2012 and delivering large-scale MSA works since 2018, we have constructed over 500kms of flowlines for Santos alone.
We have installed steel-welded, steel threaded (EUE), HDPE, duplex and composite flowlines.
Also specialising in single and multi-pad lease establishment, installation of beam, submersible and linear rod pumps, metering skids, cross lease piping, E&I, solar RTU, and all support equipment such as generators, fuel tanks, VSD, fencing, chemical injection, and sumps.
SANTOS: Yarrow 3 Flowline (SA)
16.5kms DN100 and 2.2kms DN150 near Moomba. Scope included gathering line offtake facilities (1PGS gas lease), brownfield tie-in to manifold, 4 mid-line risers, pig launcher & receiver, and metering skids. Delivered complete E&I and mechanical scope. Very remote worksite, multiple creek crossings, rocky ground.

VINTAGE ENERGY: Vali Field Development (QLD)
Development of the Vali gas field with the connection of three Vali wells and one Odin well into Santos mainline.
Full pipeline, civil, structural, mechanical, and piping construction scope. 13.8km of dual 4″ composite fiberspar pipelines (27.6kms) to manifold skid and mid-line tie-in to Santos mainline.
Tie-in four wells via a total of 3.7kms of 4″ composite fiberspar pipeline. Wellsite cooler, three-phase metering and separator skids. Site generators and holding tanks and ponds.
Managed all logistics Inc. from OS manufacturers, AUS manufacturers, Freight forwarders, customs, port to site, and supplier schedule delay management. Integral in design constructability reviews 60% and 90% and managed Vintage/Santos integration relationship.
Very remote project location crossing QLD/SA state border delivered under challenging conditions.
APA: NORTHERN GOLDFIELDS INTERCONNECT OFFTAKE (WA)
5 separate facility sites constructed as part of the 585km NGI Pipeline project.
All sites involved DN250/DN200 piping, clearing, pad build, laying of conduit & earthing, landing of footings, trenching in vent line/anode cable, rehab works, flange bolt ups, field welds, install of pipe supports and compound shed.
ROSEWICK:
Offtake, Tie-In to compressor station.
CARLAMINDA & DANDARAGA:
Both with below ground Main-Line Valve, above ground bypass, vent compound.
YOWEGABBIE:
Mid-Line Scrapper Station, pig launcher/receiver, vent compound.
WILDARA:
Delivery Station, metering, filtration, regulation, pig launcher/receiver, vent compound.
Managed subcontractor works: skid manufacturing, E&I works, coating, fencing, road construction.
LYNAS: NATURAL GAS LINE (WA)
1000m 10″ gas pipeline from APA’s Goldflields Gas Pipeline to connect Mt Weld facility Kalgoorlie.
Included supply, fabricate and erect pressure reduction and distribution skids, all foundations, fencing, 3″ and 4″ piping, instrumentation, FO and electrical scope.
Very challenging site with ROW (<=10m) on or adjacent to only operating access road. Multiple service crossings including HV 33kv line.
Managed construction and supply of skids, multiple on-site design revisions.
Greenfield site but essentially brownfield due to extensive SIMOPS within plant and on ROW, interfacing with multiple other contractors.
